Keynote speaker and management consultant Todd McLees discussed how global industry is changing with technology.
McLees said a significant portion of jobs are set to change in the near future as automation and artificial intelligence become more ubiquitous.
He believes businesses of every size will need to adapt and focus on learning and skill development to survive and retain employees.
McLees said the current rate of innovation is unprecedented and is only set to accelerate moving forward.
His speech was followed by the Rock Business Expo, which included dozens of local businesses Thursday afternoon.
