The Janesville Post Office is hosting a job fair this week for seasonal and permanent positions.
The event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday at the Main Post Office at 1818 Milton Ave.
Attendees will meet postal officials who will provide firsthand information and descriptions of job openings that are currently available and need to be filled. Computers will be available for potential applicants to submit their applications online.
Open positions include: Holiday clerk assistant, Assistant rural carrier, Rural carrier assistant, and City carrier assistant.
Entry level positions include training and can lead to long-term careers.
