The Janesville Police Department is promoting the Neighbors App by Ring. Officer Chad Sullivan says anyone can sign up for free. Sullivan says you can use your address to put a virtual ring of surveillance around your house to view any information shared by others using the app. Sullivan says by sharing the video captured through Ring brand doorbells and other devices, police and neighbors can work together to solve crimes.
