A 49-year-old Walworth man is under arrest on suspicion of 4th offense operating while intoxicated after crashing his semi truck in Clinton Township early Wednesday morning.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were dispatched to a single vehicle crash involving a semi on the 8800 block of East Highway 67 just after 2:30 Wednesday morning.
First responders found a semi laying on it’s passenger side in the ditch with the driver trapped inside.
After extricating Mark Noble from the vehicle deputies observed signs that he was impaired.
A check of Department of Transportation records showed Noble had three prior intoxicated driving convictions.
The semi’s trailer was carrying about 50,000 gallons of milk, over half of which spilled into the ditch.
