UW-Whitewater chancellor holding listening session at Rock County campus

UW-Whitewater Chancellor Dwight Watson is coming back to Janesville next month to hold a listening session.
According to a news release, Watson thinks it’s important to begin his tenure in the leadership position by listening and learning in the community.
A UW-Whitewater spokesperson said Watson wants to hear citizens’ honest opinions on what university is doing right and what could be improved.
The listening session is scheduled to run from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the UW-Whitewater Rock County campus on November 5.
He started his tenure as the 17th chancellor of UW-Whitewater and introduced him to the community in August.
