A 25-year-year-old Janesville man pleads guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography.
Bruno Nicolas Tort-Tabeira had been facing three more child pornography charges in Rock County Court as part of a separate case but those charges were dismissed last week as part of a plea agreement.
According to the criminal complaint, Tort-Tabeira was busted sharing child porn on a Twitter account called “lovelykiddos” by the State Department of Criminal Investigation in August of 2014 and a subsequent search warrant turned up multiple images of naked boys on his laptop.
At the time a 20-year-old Tort-Tabeira admitted to sharing an downloading child porn.
Tort-Tabeira was arrested again in July of 2018 after police seized a cell phone that contained child pornography from him. That arrest result in the three charges that were dropped.
Tort-Tabeira’s sentencing is set for January 8th at 9:00 a.m.
