For the third-straight year, Milton’s Consolidated Elementary School is the top scoring school in the state in the in the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s annual report card.
Overall, the Milton School District received a four-star rating of 78.7, which exceeds expectations and is the highest in Rock County.
Milton Middle School was the lowest-scoring school in the district, meeting expectations with a score of 67.1.
The scores are calculated on student achievement, student growth, closing achievement gaps, graduation track and post-secondary readiness.
Edgerton, Evansville and Brodhead school districts all also received four-star ratings for exceeding expectations.
