Good news for weary travelers headed south in the stateline area.
The Janesville Rest Area along I-39/90 southbound will reopen on Tuesday just ahead of Thanksgiving holiday travel.
Crews have substantially completed the expanded truck parking as well as the Interstate ramp connections to the rest area.
