Janesville police arrest a man accused of sexually harassing a teenage employee and several women at Walmart.
According to a news release, 50-year-old Robert Cicmansky formerly of Rockton, Illinois turned himself in at the Janesville Police Department (Tuesday).
Cicmansky is accused of approaching a number of customers at the store and attempting to give them cash and kiss them without warning.
Officials said he also asked a 17-year-old employee if she was a virgin before slapping her on her butt and telling her he is not a pervert.
Cicmansky is facing one count of physical abuse of a child. He was taken to Rock County Jail, where he awaits an initial court appearance.
