A Beloit man is charged with aggravated battery to an elderly person after he’s accused of striking a 65-year-old woman in her Janesville home.
According to the criminal complaint 44-year-old Timothy D. Gutzdorf is also charged with domestic abuse, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gutzdorf is accused of hitting the woman in the head on November 16th. Beloit police arrested Gutzdorf on November 25th in Beloit. When he was arrested police found a glass crack pipe.
Gutzdorf is due in court for a preliminary hearing on December 9th.
