The operator of one vehicle is cited and the passenger in another vehicle is placed under arrest following a two-vehicle crash in Green County.
Monroe Police say officers were dispatched to a traffic accident with injuries on North 18th Avenue at Highway 11 just before 8:00 Monday morning.
Investigation determined that a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Jamie L.M. Anderson of Stoughton exited Highway 11 on to North 18th Avenue right into the path of another vehicle operated by a 33-year-old Albany woman.
The Albany woman and her passenger, 26-year-old Taylor M. Snider of Monroe reported injuries and were examined by EMS.
Snider was later arrested after it was learned she had two active warrants out of Lafayette County for failure to pay fines.
Anderson was cited for operating while suspended, failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign, and operating without insurance.
