24-year-old Janesville woman is under arrest on suspicion of operating while intoxicated 4th offense after crashing into a guardrail on the Interstate.
Janesville Police say officers were dispatched to the report of a possible drunk driver in the area of I-39/90 and East Racine Street just after 2:00 Thursday morning.
An officer stopped a vehicle driven by Haley M. Olsen in the area of Mohawk Road and Cree Court.
Olsen displayed signs of impairment during standard field sobriety testing and was taken into custody for 4th offense OWI, a probation violation, and operating after revocation.
