Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in Beloit

A 31-year-old Beloit man is charged with multiple drug offenses following a traffic stop on Friday in Beloit.

According to the criminal complaint, 31-year-old Cornell I. Murray faces charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of THC, obstruction and three counts of felony bail jumping.

Officers pulled Murray over for speeding in the 900 block of Vine Street.

Murray displayed signs of impairment and was taken into custody after officers found more than seven grams of crack cocaine and a little over a gram of marijuana.
