The City of Beloit is warning citizens about two suspicious men posing as workers from the Water Resources Department.
According to a Facebook post, the two white men in their early 20’s were driving an unmarked, white, full-size van.
According to the City of Beloit, legitimate water resources employees will be driving vehicles marked with the City’s logo and will carry identification badges.
Any citizen who encounters someone impersonating a city employee are encouraged to contact Beloit Police.
