A Beloit man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl multiple times at a home in Beloit starting this past summer.
59-year-old Gerardo Dominguez-Lopez is charged in Rock County Court with repeated sexual assault of a child.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police that Dominguez-Lopez assaulted her “almost every single day” and sometimes “up to two to three times in the same day.”
Dominguez-Lopez is being held at the Rock County jail on a $20,000 cash bond.
He’s due to appear again in court for an adjourned initial appearance on January 9th.
