A 34-year-old Beloit man is facing felony charges after being accused of pushing a woman to the ground and stealing her cell phone.
According to the criminal complaint the told police that a Beloit man attacked her and stole her phone on October 15th “because he was hungry.”
Timothy C. Randolph is charged with felony theft, two counts of felony bail jumping, misdemeanor battery, and disorderly conduct.
The incident occurred at a home in the 1000 block of Randall Street in Beloit.
