An armed domestic violence incident starts in Beloit and ends in Milwaukee.
Beloit Police say officers were dispatched to a home on the 1200 block of Porter Avenue just before 1:30 Wednesday morning. The suspect had fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival.
The suspect, 31-year-old Cadillac L. Williams of Beloit was later located in Milwaukee and a tactical situation ensued.
Williams was taken into custody in Milwaukee just before 6:30 Wednesday morning.
In addition to being armed, Beloit Police say Williams made threats against law enforcement.
