A 28-year-old Janesville man who was sentenced in 2016 to four months in jail and four years of probation for taking pictures and videos of young girls in the bathroom near the Palmer Park wading pool is sentenced to five more years in prison for trying to commit another similar crime.
Judge Karl Hanson accepted a guilty plea in October from Joshua Miller in connection with an incident in June at the Janesville Mall in which he’s accused of trying to photograph a girl in a bathroom stall.
Hansen also sentenced Miller to two years of extended supervision Wednesday on a single count of attempting to capture an intimate representation of a minor as a repeater.
