Two women are dead after a shooting in Janesville early Monday morning. Police were called to the area of Midvale and Deerfield Drives just before 3:30 a.m. Officers found two victims suffering gunshot wounds as well as shell casings. Police confirm the investigation is a double homicide. The names of the victims aren’t being released pending family notification. A 5:00 o’clock news conference is planned by police.
