A child pornography investigation in Milton leads to the discovery of more than seven ounces of marijuana and growing equipment.
Rock County sheriff’s deputies raided 4800 Parkwood Drive on Friday, resulting in a charge of possession of child pornography against 41-year-old David E.J. Flynn.
They also arrested Flynn’s wife, 40-year-old Melissa A. Murphy. The couple is charged in Rock County Court with possession with intent to deliver THC and maintaining a drug-trafficking place.
According to the criminal complaint, a detective traced 10 downloads of child pornography to the Milton address.
Officers also located nine jars of marijuana and evidence of a grow operation.
Flynn was held on a $5,000 cash bond on the child porn charge after his initial court appearance Tuesday.
Murphy was released on a signature bond after her initial appearance Monday.
