Local Boy Scout troops avoiding national council fallout

Local Boy Scout troops should be safe from the fallout of the National Council’s bankruptcy filing. Glacier’s Edge Council Scout Executive Alex Tyms says troops have been in South Central Wisconsin since 1912, and they’re preparing to be her for another hundred years.  Tyms says it’s the National Council that’s filed for bankruptcy, and the Glacier’s Edge Council is a separate legally organized corporation in the state of Wisconsin, and it’s financially strong. He adds, Camp Indian Trails in Janesville is also safe from the national bankruptcy reorganization.
