Record breaking attendance numbers are possible for this year’s Beloit International Film Festival. Executive Director Greg Gerard says the final numbers are being tallied this week, but he’s hopeful to top the 8000 mark for the first time. Gerard attributes the success to the festival’s ten-day run, which ended Sunday, to a strong line-up of films, aggressive marketing, and good weather. This was the 15th year for the festival with attendees coming from as far away as Canada, Mexico, and Great Britain.
