Local gas prices may be falling slightly. AAA Wisconsin reports the price of a gallon in the Janesville-Beloit dropped four-cents over the last week. The price Monday was just under $2.28 a gallon. The statewide average was close to $2.33. Triple-A says, “Healthy stock levels and cheaper crude prices have alleviated pump price pains. However, maintenance season and the upcoming switch over to summer blend could break the downtown trend in coming weeks.” AAA also cautions the impact of the coronovirus is unknown.
