A local legislator is eager to see the results of a survey sent to all constituents in her district. State Senator Janis Ringhand of Evansville says the survey covers a number of topics she admits appear more important to Democrats. Questions cover a wide range of topics including if Wisconsin should raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour, should the state help people to refinance their student loans at a lower interest rate, and should the legislature adopt a nonpartisan redistricting model. Ringhand says response to the survey has been overwhelming and there’s still time to respond.
