State Representative Amy Loudenbeck appears to be having a successful week at the capitol.
The Clinton Republican says the democratic Governor signed two bills she authored this week including one that aims to improve surface water quality by allowing lake and river management grant funds to be used for the strategic placement of floating treatment wetlands.
The other bill signed this week grants the same levy limit flexibility that exists currently for joint fire departments for the creation and operation of a joint emergency medical services district.
Loudenbeck says she’s had a total of eight bills signed into law this session.
