Local gas prices continue to drop. AAA Wisconsin says in the Janesville-Beloit area the price of a gallon of gas Monday was less than $2.18 a gallon, down from close to $2.22 a month ago. The statewide average is almost nine-cents a gallon higher. AAA adds growing demand amid declining stocks typically causes increases at the pump, but crude oil prices have dipped to four-year lows.
