The Rock County Health Department is confirming a second case of COVID-19. The health department notified the public in a news release shortly after noon Friday. The patient is 29-years-old and in home isolation. Health officials add, it’s not known at this time if the person had direct contact with a confirmed positive case. The first confirmed case in the county was reported early Thursday evening. That individual is 57-years-old and also in home isolation. Health officials say the privacy of residents is very important, and little more personal information about patients will be released.
