Police arrest three Janesville men in connection with a potential child enticement incident.
21-year-old Makenzee Jacobson, 27-year-old Michael Rice and 19-year-old Ethan Balkema were taken into custody early Sunday morning on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
On March 20, officers received a report of three teenagers attempting to lure children into a vehicle on Janesville’s east side.
The juveniles reported the suspects slowing the car down, opening a door and asking if the children wanted candy in an effort to get them in the vehicle.
They declined and ran home to notify an adult.
Police say they identified Jacobson, Rice and Balkema as the suspects during their investigation.
