A local legislator comes to the aid of a resident voting absentee by mail for for the first time. Representative Amy Loudenbeck of Clinton went to the home of a woman who needed a witness. Many voting by mail for the first time are surprised to learn they need a witness. Loudenbeck helped out by standing on the porch and looking through the window to witness the voter fill out the ballot. The Republican then was kind enough to hand it off to a mail carrier who happened to be passing at the time. Loudenbeck encourages everyone who can to vote by mail.
