Motorists are being advised to watch the speed limit signs on the Interstate through Rock County. The DOT says with construction underway, the speed limit is being reduced to 60-miles an hour and the state patrol will be watching the work zones. One stretch of the highway will remain 70-miles-per-hour however. That’s from Edgerton to just south of Madison where construction is already complete.
