Beloit police are investigating a fatal single-vehicle accident at Inman Parkway and Prairie Avenue.
Authorities say a vehicle rolled-over twice and landed on a gas line which ruptured a little after 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.
One individual was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person was transported to a local hospital.
The Wisconsin State Patrol was called in to conduct the accident reconstruction.
Alliant Energy had to shut off the gas valve, cutting off service to over 100 residences in the area overnight.
