A local Congressman suggests health care experts help guide any decision to reopen the economy. Bryan Steil of Janesville says planning should begin now. Steil says recommendations to stay-at-home, under the direction of Governor Tony Evers, seem to be having real success in slowing the growth of the outbreak. The Republican says what he’s advocating is to begin planning how to recover. He says any decisions need to be made thoughtfully and appropriately to avoid a resurgence of the virus.
