Beloit police are conducting a death investigation in the 1600 block of Royce Avenue.
The police department offered limited details on the call that came in just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
Officers responded to the report of a possible pulseless non-breather in a vehicle.
Police asked residents to avoid the area, and the department plans on releasing more information about the incident on Wednesday.
