A Janesville woman is under arrest after a fight ended with a man being stabbed Monday night.
Janesville Police say officers were called to 309 Park Avenue just before midnight for a report of a stabbing.
When police arrived, they found a man in front of the home with a stab wound to his chest. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injures and has since been released.
Officers located the suspect, 22-year-old Myla Braxton, a short time later. Police believe Braxton stabbed the victim while he was fighting with someone else.
Braxton was arrested and tentatively charged with aggravated battery while armed and a probation violation. She was taken to the Rock County Jail.
