Interstate reconstruction work through Janesville rolls ahead with two major ramp closures starting Monday. DOT Project Spokesman Steve Theisen says the I-39/90 northbound off-ramp to Highway 26 and the Highway 14 on-ramp to I-39/90 northbound will be closed for three months for concrete paving work. Also starting Thursday Theisen says Highway 26 near the Interstate will be down to one-lane in each direction from Morse Street to John Paul Road. He says shoulder work needs to be completed to construct a diverging diamond interchange.
