A local legislator appears pleased with the governor’s decision to allow non-essential businesses to offer curb-side, delivery, and mail-order products. Mark Spreitzer of Beloit calls this a light at the end of the tunnel for getting the economy back to normal. Spreitzer says he’s glad the governor announced a decision to extend the”Safe at Home” order now, rather than when it was initially scheduled to expire on April 24th. The Democrat says this allows time to plan.
