A Sunday afternoon motorcycle crash claims the life of a 33-year-old Janesville man.
The Rock County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the single-vehicle accident in the 5000 block of Highway 213 just after 3:30 p.m.
Police determined the motorcycle left the roadway while the driver was taking a curve, and he was ejected from the bike and pronounced dead at the scene.
The medical examiner’s office will identify the man’s identity after his family is notified and an autopsy is conducted.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation reported the road was closed for over three hours while deputies investigated the crash.
