A local Congressman says he is beyond frustrated with the federal government’s response to the pandemic. Mark Pocan of Madison says more test kits need to be made available. The Democrat describes the response thus far by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as pitiful. He says fewer than one-percent of the people in Wisconsin have been tested, and that’s far below the level any medical professional says the state’s economy can be reopened safely. Pocan recommends the President use the Defense Production Act to have more test kits produced.
