Telehealth being used for behavioral support

A closed office isn’t stopping a Janesville based counseling center from serving patients. Crossroads Counseling Administrator Tim Perry says they’re still seeing people through “telehealth”. Perry says the top stresser he’s hearing about, is how “Safe at Home” has altered our routines. He says educating children at home, while also working, seems to be the biggest challenge. All the extra screen time we’re getting may also be preventing quality sleep. He suggests adults and children alike avoid digital media for at least an hour before bed.
