As the latest multi-trillion dollar coronavirus relief bill awaits consideration in the U.S. Senate, a local Congressman questions why much of the money from the last bill hasn’t reached those in need. Bryan Steil of Janesville says the state of Wisconsin has been abysmal in processing unemployment claims. The Republican says weeks after Congress allocated additional unemployment funds, the money still hasn’t been delivered to workers waiting for relief. The Republican suggests accounting for the money, before Congress approves more spending.
