Sales and service innovations being used by local businesses to remain vital during the pandemic are likely to remain long after. Janesville Downtown Business Improvement District Director Emily Arthur says offerings like on-line ordering, payment, and curbside delivery have become very popular. Arthur says local businesses seem to be doing well with the phased-in reopening of the economy with many successfully adapting to the new normal.
