Post cards on way to unregistered voters

Wisconsin voters are being urged to update their status. The Wisconsin Elections Commission has been working with the Electronic Registration Information Center to clean up voter records. As part of the effort, Rock County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says 200,000 postcards were mailed this week to eligible voters who may not be registered. Tollefson says the easiest way to check your status is at The Elections Commission may be making progress. Wisconsin sent similar postcard mailings to almost 1.3 million eligible but unregistered residents in 2016 and 384,000 in 2018.
