Janesville Mobilizing-4- Change is watching for the impacts of this week’s opening of a marijuana dispensary in South Beloit. JM4C Director Erin Davis says their top concern is the potential for marijuana to get into the hands of youth. Davis also says the legalization of marijuana in Illinois sends a mixed message about the drug’s safety to children. Another concern for Davis is the ease for customers to return to Wisconsin with their purchases.
