Another virtual event takes the place of a grand ceremony amidst the pandemic. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office turned to a virtual offering for this year’s annual awards ceremony. Chief Deputy Craig Strause says it’s still important to honor notable achievements among staff and members of the public. Among this year’s honorees, Deputy of the Year Chad Aldrich, Correctional Officer of the Year Jordan Hillis, Support Staff Person of the Year Regina Holmberg, and Retired Sheriff’s Leadership Award winner Sergeant Andrew Reed.
