The Milton City Council has unanimously passed a public health advisory recommending the public wear face masks to help slow the spread of COVID-19. City Administrator Al Hulick says many businesses are already asking customers to wear a mask and the council wanted to show its support. Hulick says the city does not have the power to make this an order. When it comes to city buildings, a mask will be provided for visitors without one.
