Rock County Clerk Lisa Tollefson has 23,000 absentee ballots ready for the municipal clerks to mail-out to voters. Now those ballots will have to wait. The Supreme Court has ordered a stop to the mailing of absentee ballots while it’s decided if the Green Party should be included on the ballot. Tollefson says if so, all the ballots will need to be reprinted, and a mailing delay is likely.
