Rock and Green County voters show their support for a $32-million referendum supporting Blackhawk Technical College. The money will pay for new training areas for students focused on transportation, law enforcement, fire sciences, and more. The addition will be built on 38 acres of farmland north of the central campus on county G between Beloit and Janesville.
