Beloit police issue an arrest warrant for a woman accused of stabbing a man in the arm.
24-year-old Rachale Bies is facing charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, substantial battery with use of a dangerous weapon and felony bail jumping in Rock County Court.
The victim told police that he gave Bies money in exchange for sex, but the sex did not occur and she asked for more money.
She confronted him in an incident at a house on Hemlock Street on November 15, where he said Bies stabbed him in the arm once and attempted a second stabbing.
He received treatment at a local hospital for a stab wound on the arm and a cut to the rib area.
Online court records show that Bies was out on a signature bond for an attempted armed robbery charge filed in February.
