Beloit police are investigating an early morning shooting. Officers responded to a home in the 1100 block of Dewey Avenue about 2:45 a.m. Monday. Police say gunfire may have occurred both inside and outside the home. One person inside the home was injured and taken to the hospital. His condition was not immediately known. Witnesses were on the scene and police say they’re looking for suspects. Officers say the shooting appears to have been targeted.
