A Janesville double-homicide suspect could be extradited to Rock County more than 10 months after the killing.
34-year-old Marcus Randle-El faces two counts of first-degree intentional homicide for the murders of 30-year-old Seairaha Winchester and 27-year-old Brittany McAdory in February.
Randle-El, a former Wisconsin Badgers football player, was on parole at that time and he is currently finishing that prison sentence in Illinois.
He is scheduled to be released from prison on December 11 but a judge will determine whether or not Randle-El’s previous extradition waiver is still valid.
The soonest he could appear in Rock County Court is December 14, but prosecutors may need a Governor’s warrant to bring him to Wisconsin.
